Oh for pity's sake ...

I got all excited, because I tried that number one last time and got an option where they would (for a fee) call me back when an operator became available.

To my amazement, they called back within a minute or two. But the call consisted of that same message about the busy operators.

At least this has enraged me to the extent that I no longer want to crawl back into bed and hide from it all. No, now I want to go out and kick people.
