Woohoo, I'm on holiday!

For five weeks!

Yippee!

You know what's funny though, is that, despite the fact that I'm really looking forward to this break, I think I'm actually going to miss work. We have so much fun in our department; sometimes I'm amazed that I actually get paid, because it feels more like I'm just hanging out having a good time with friends than like I'm working.

Nothing much planned for the rest of the week till Friday, when it's Sophie's birthday party. She's having a chocolate fondue followed by a sleepover; should be both sticky and fun. It'll be lovely to have ample time to get everything ready instead of packing all the preparations into a frantic post-work half-hour.
