Last year's mammogram was a piece of cake. This year's was most definitely not. Still, with any luck, there will be no more boob squishing until 2009.

The picture is of the African violet that currently lives on my kitchen window sill. I thought I'd immortalise it here, because, now that the poor thing has entered my home, its days are numbered.
