Huh. So the results of the vote seem to be that "wrong wrong wrong" ties with "borderline acceptable", but a fairly substantial minority doesn't have any problem with wearing the same clothes two days running.
(Though I do agree that uniforms are different; it's fine to wear them as many days running as you can get away with. In my opinion).
So. Moving on.
I went to a work potluck dinner this evening. Quite enjoyable, in a slightly stilted all-we-have-in-common-is-work-but-we-shouldn't-talk-about-that-now sort of way. My new colleagues seem to be a likeable bunch. I'm such a winter wimp though; it was a real struggle for me to make myself go out this evening. It was dark and drizzly and chilly outside and, if I could have got out of the occasion politely, I would have. But, once I was there, I was glad I'd made the effort. Which makes me realise that I need to make more effort with my week-day evenings in general. I really should be doing a bit more post-dinner than vegging on the sofa with the computer and a cup of tea. Not sure quite what projects I should embark on, mind you ...

vegging with the computer and a cup of tea....that is so me. I do the same thing all the time...search for reasons and ways to get out of an evening out and then end up having a nice time out. It's just easier to stay in. :)
