I have another interview on Wednesday, and I'm dreading it.

I have to be at the school (it's a support teaching post) at 8:45, along with all the other short-listed applicants. We get to listen to an address by the head teacher and various other high-ups, visit some classrooms, have coffee, tour the school, have lunch, and finally - at around 1pm - the interviews start. There's a panel of four people doing the interviews. Apparently it'll be over at around 3pm.

It's going to be ghastly; everyone trying not to seem nervous and trying to impress the powers that be. For a whole day! And if there are, say, 5 short-listed people (and maybe there are more, because surely they wouldn't go to this degree of effort for just a few people) I only have a 20% chance of getting the job anyway.

Unless they did a really bad job of choosing their short-list.

Ugh!
