Woo hoo! I just got email from the British Consulate General in NY saying that the kids' and Bobby's visa applications had been approved and issued, and will be Fed-Exed to us.

So that's yet another thing that could have gone horribly wrong, but didn't.

Only eight more days till the movers come, and we'll be out of town for three of those days. If I think about that too carefully I might get panicky, so I will concentrate on the immediate task at hand, namely, getting all the kids out of the house and to the hairdresser.
