Bugger. I spoke too soon. The wind's just ripped one of the pool screen panels off. It's blowing wildly in the gale : that mesh stuff is lethal in winds like these. Haven't a clue how we go about repairing it. It's the centre top panel so it doesn't seem possible to get up there.

There's a wet little squirrel huddled under the verandah eve outside our bedroom. Poor thing, it looks miserable.
